What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Dale Carnegie Training will provide a complete refund if you cancel your enrollment prior to the start of your program or if you do not attend any part of the course. Cancellations received after attending session one of a seminar or program will not receive any refunds. If you attend all or part of a course, no refunds will be provided.

Refunds will be issued to the student within 45 days from the date of cancellation, or the first day of the course, whichever is earlier.

Dale Carnegie Training reserves the right to cancel any of its programs with no penalty to the participant.

Transfer Policy

Dale Carnegie Training will allow a registrant to transfer once without a transfer fee. Any additional transfers will be subject to a $100 fee.

Dale Carnegie Training reserves the right to move the start date of its programs.  There will be no penalty to the participant who must transfer programs because of a scheduling conflict with the new program dates.

Credit Expiration

All credits for programs and seminars will expire one year after they are issued.

Attendance Policy

Dale Carnegie Training is committed to providing you the best possible learning experience.  To ensure you have time to prepare for your session we would recommend you arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the start of your program.  Any participant who arrives more than 30 minutes after the session start will be considered "absent" for that session and will not receive attendance credit.  To successfully complete your program and receive your certificate you must attend 85% or more of the program sessions for a time phased program. For example, if your program is 8 sessions over a period of weeks, you will need to attend 7 of 8 sessions to successfully complete the program. For 2 and 3 day programs you will need to attend 100% of the sessions to successfully complete.
